Ryan is Senior Founder’s Associate to Claudine Adeyemi-Adams at Earlybird. Earlybird brings frontier AI technology to frontline citizen services like employment, justice and housing support services. Earlybird uses AI and Voice technology to power local government services to drive citizen engagement and service quality - especaily to help those furthest from the labour market to attain and maintain decent work.
Ryan serves on Google Insight and Innovation’s Global Youth Advisory Board (via Canvas8), leading on the UK market.
Ryan is an 12-handicapped golfer, men’s mental health and unpaid carer advocate and campaigner, few-time angel investor, trustee, speaker and writer based in North London, UK.

- Speaking, Writing. I share my insights on the future of work and my own mental health and caring journey.
- Facilitation and Moderation: I facilitate research, moderate panels and host podcasts. As well as full-service team offsites.
- Investing: If you’re a pre-seed or seed stage startup (usually EdTech, Future of Work, or FinTech) - let’s chat! I’m currently writing 1-3 cheques a year usually via an EIS crowdfund.
