An award-winning entrepreneur, intrapreneur, and community organiser, Ryan’s current focus is connecting young people to the resources and networks needed to build their ideas.
Operating at the intersection of research and culture, Ryan works with purposeful organisations to run co-creation innovation series putting young people at the heart of product development, HR practices and more.
Ryan is an 11.6WHS golfer, mental health and carer advocate, few-time angel investor, trustee, speaker and writer based in London.

- Consulting on: Gen Z, Innovation and Go-To-Market, Marketing and Communications, Diversity and Inclusion and the Future of Work operations and policymaking.
- Speaking, Writing. I share my insights on the future of work and my own mental health and resilience journey. I co-author op-eds and pieces on the future of work and management.
- Facilitation and Moderation: I facilitate research, moderate panels and host podcasts. As well as full-service team offsites.
- Investing: If you’re a pre-seed or seed stage startup (usually EdTech, Future of Work, or FinTech) - let’s chat! I’m currently writing 1-3 cheques a year usually via an EIS crowdfund.
